Open, an AI customer support platform, launched Open for Sales today. The product lets users build multi-channel outbound sales campaigns from a single prompt.
Users describe their product and target audience in plain English, attach a contact list as a CSV, and Open generates outreach sequences across calls, email, and WhatsApp. The platform checks contacts against the target persona and assigns fit scores before any outreach begins. Each call brief, email template, and message can be edited before launch.
Open for Sales integrates with existing tools including Zendesk, Intercom, Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshdesk, and Twilio Flex, as well as Zapier, Make, n8n, REST API, and webhooks. The product is GDPR-compliant with EU data residency and automatic PII redaction.
Waseem, founder of Open, positioned the launch as unifying support and sales under a single AI engine. When a prospect replies to an outbound campaign, the conversation stays with the same AI agent that handles customer support, with full account context preserved. The company built the product for founders, small teams, and SDR groups who want to launch campaigns without hiring operations staff.
Open's support engine, Agent 5, reports a 77% automation rate with 95%+ accuracy across voice, web chat, email, WhatsApp, SMS, social, and Slack.
