Arrowmax is launching the Arrowspace S1, an electric screwdriver with a built-in camera and AI that identifies screw types and sizes. A small camera with an LED light on the screwdriver's bottom captures images of screw heads. A "precision contact probe" next to the camera ensures optimal focus distance. The AI processes the image and displays the required bit type and size through a mobile app. The screwdriver automatically selects a safe torque setting based on the identified screw to prevent damage.

The optional S1 Smart Case bundles 52 steel bits with LEDs that illuminate to show which bit is needed. The screwdriver has a 600mAh rechargeable battery that the company claims runs for up to 90 minutes or completes over 900 screw operations. An OLED screen displays remaining charge, torque setting, and rotation direction.

Arrowmax is crowdfunding the S1 through Kickstarter. A preorder for the screwdriver alone costs around $79. The bundle with the smart case is priced at around $129 for preorder, with full retail pricing higher. Shipping is expected to begin in April 2027 at the earliest. Arrowmax has successfully crowdfunded other products previously.
